COVID-19 Update: We’re still operating and servicing our customers using Zoom calls & telephone appointments.
Services we provide
All services stated below can be provided to both individuals and corporate clients.
Initial consultation
this service is a short meeting to understand the nature of the client’s case and where possible provide answers to questions the client may have about their case.
Opinion or advice
this service is for clients looking to understand the prospects of their case. With this you will get written advice and next steps regarding your case.
In some cases, this service is suitable for clients who are looking at making the application themselves. Please note, this service does not include reading through cover letters, application forms or supporting documents.
Application service
With this service we take ownership of the client’s case end to end. By this we mean, providing a client care letter, completing the application, drafting a cover letter where applicable, submitting the application along with relevant supporting documents and liaising with the home on any follow-up issues regarding the case and keeping the client informed of the progress of their application until we receive a decision from the home office.
Appeal service
This service will depend on the stage we get instructed to act for the appellant or respondent. We advise clients on the prospects of their case, identifying weaknesses and strengths in their case. In cases where we are instructed, we draft grounds of appeal and submit an appeal form to the first tier or upper tribunal (on a point of law). We also represent clients before the first tier and upper tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). Speak with us today.

Profiles of people we help (fictitious names, but stories are real)

Entry Clearance (Spouse Visa)
Peter was married to Vye, a Vietnamese citizen (who lived in Vietnam). Before instructing us, Vye’s application had been refused by the Home Office a few times. Vye instructed us and we were able to assist Vye in successfully applying for entry clearance under the partner route.

Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension application
Jim a Russian citizen had invested in a UK business by way of a director’s loan, that was later converted into share capital. We were instructed by Jim & his two dependants, his application was successful.

Application as the parent of a British citizen child
We had made a successful application for Nadiya (Sierra-Leonean national) as the primary carer of a British child. We have since made successful applications for Nadiya as a parent of a British citizen under the Immigration Rules.

Application for Limited Leave to Remain as a Partner
Stan a Nigerian citizen married to his British spouse, his spouse was a director of her limited company. We were able to advise Stan on the intricacies of the specified evidence required given the nature of his wife’s employment. We made a successful application and Stan was granted leave to Remain under the 5 years partner route.

Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain SET(DV)
Liz (Philippine national) was married to a British citizen and lived in the UK with her British spouse. Liz had to leave to remain under the 5 years partner route. Unfortunately, Liz became a victim of domestic violence with her spouse. We made a successful application for indefinite leave to remain as a victim of domestic violence. It was a daunting experience for Liz, but we were able to reassure her, we worked with the police and other agencies to obtain relevant evidence for the application.

Application to Naturalise as a British Citizen
Zlat a Moldovan national had lived in the UK for over 10 years. He worked as a contractor and as self-employed, he also enjoyed travelling outside the UK on holidays. Though his application was a bit tricky given the time spent outside the UK and his employment status, we were successful in his Naturalisation application.

Private and Family Life Application
Sue like most of our clients has instructed us for hers and her children’s initial application for leave to remain, and has since instructed us to renew their leave to remain.

Testimonials
“I have reviewed the advice you have prepared. I must compliment you, it is exactly the level of accuracy and detail we are looking for when advising clients. You also give definitive answers to the questions asked, which is rare, because normally legal opinions contain a lot of ‘words’ and propositions and assumptions, but do not really answer questions asked. I am very glad I had an opportunity to see your work and confirm the above. We will now put you at the top of our list and will refer all our immigration enquiries to you.”
“I was introduced to you while I was struggling with my right to remain in the UK with my three children. I had been refused by the Home Office on three different applications with two different lawyers before you took over my case. I and my three children got our stay the first time you applied for us. I can boldly recommend you to anyone that needs the service of a trustworthy and reliable Lawyer. Once again, thank you.”
“During the time of my application with you, I felt happy and satisfied with your consultation (service). I absolutely believed in your work. In this period, sometimes I had some push backs, but you always found an alternative way to solve the issues. And with this help, I got an amazing result. Thank you a lot!”
“I have been using your services over a few years for advise and consultation, and most recently for Home Office matter. You never disappoint me and always on time and efficient, patient , takes time to listen and always tries to understand client issues. I will without hesitation use your services again and will always recommend to my friends and families.”
“Very professional, very thorough, and very very good at what he does. At emergency moments he is easy to get a hold off, which is extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend!”
“I have relied upon his services for more than 3 years. He helped me so much to sort out my EEA family member and my EU settlement. He always do his best and he is very careful with every case he deals with. Knowledgeable, highly efficient and professionally very friendly.
I absolutely recommend it to everyone I know. Actually, I did recommend and they all get the best results. Thanks.”
